About product maintenance and cleaning
Re-made products are all made from second-hand goods or vintage clothing. Each product will be different. In order to ensure the normal quality, reusable fabrics will be used during production. However, some fabrics are very old. Please be careful when wearing and washing. You may need to use hand washing or wiping to maintain the product.
Sales Price
Selling price is the list price (tax included).
Please note that there is an additional shipping fee, which is generally $30, but some lighter items are $10. Please refer to the product detail page for shipping details.

Payment Methods
Currently, we only accept payments via PayPal.
Payment is confirmed at the time the order is placed.
About delivery
The product will be shipped from Taiwan to the address or location you provided. Please fill in the complete address as much as possible. The delivery time varies from region to region. It usually takes one to two weeks to ship overseas.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns are only accepted in the case of defective or incorrect products.
We do not accept returns or cancellations due to customer reasons (e.g. wrong size, mistaken order, product not as expected, etc.).
Please note that due to the nature of certain materials (such as knits or elastic fabrics), actual measurements may differ by approximately 1–2 cm from the size chart.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 8 days of delivery via email or via Instagram message. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted beyond 8 days from delivery, regardless of the product’s condition.
If the product is returned after 9 days, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
We will only accept returns or exchanges if all of the following conditions are met:
1. The product is unused (products without their original tags are considered used).
2. All accessories and packaging are returned in their original condition.
3. The return complies with our stated conditions.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
• The product has been used, even once.
• The product has been soiled or damaged due to customer negligence.
• The product has been altered, repaired, or cleaned by the customer.
• The product’s packaging is damaged, lost, or discarded.
Please note: due to differences in display environments, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from what is shown on screen. These differences will not be considered defects.
Refunds and Return Shipping Costs
If the product is defective or incorrect, we will bear all shipping costs for the return or exchange.
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
For credit card payments, the timing of the refund may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please contact your card provider for further details.
Delivery Time
• For orders within Taiwan: shipping will occur within 3 business days after order confirmation.
• For international orders: shipping will occur within 7 business days after order confirmation.
Please note that large order volumes may cause delays.
Shipping to Overseas Destinations
Shipping fees for international orders will be added to the total price displayed at checkout.
We ship via Chunghwa Post International or EMS (Express Mail Service).
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, depending on the regulations of the destination country.
These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery directly to the courier or customs office.
